The story

The Return

Elsa Meijer has built her life around one impossible experience: her contact with the Plejaren and her journey to Erra. When a new signal begins to affect human bodies across the world, governments, scientists and military agencies race to understand, control or exploit it.

As an extraterrestrial encounter draws closer and a human copy of the technology spins out of control, Elsa must decide what she is willing to lose to regain authority over her own body and voice. Her sister Anke asks the question no one can evade: who has the right to stop when one decision affects millions?
